Stephen possesses an Electrical Engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and he holds a Master Electrician’s license in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, as well as a Construction Supervisor’s license, a Home Improvement Contractor’s license in Massachusetts, and he is also a certified RRP contractor.

As President, Stephen oversees all aspects of the company, from estimating, purchasing, project management and completion. Stephen brings the attention to detail and focus on quality that has helped Allstate earn its reputation as a leading Electrical Contractor. 

Stephen prides himself not only on the quality of the work that Allstate produces, but also on the relationships with our clients over the years. 

 
Stephen is a member of Massachusetts Electrical Contractors Association and past president of the Boston Chapter. He is also a Master Mason and an active member of the William Parkman Lodge, Winchester, MA.

Dennis holds Electrical licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. As Field Operations Manager, he oversees scheduling, planning, purchasing and communications with the Allstate Team. His training and experience in field service as well as outstanding client relations enables him to lead our team to not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations. 

David holds a Master Electrician’s license in Massachusetts and is licensed in New Hampshire. As Account Manager, he oversees the customer invoicing, and receivables as well as permitting and job costing. His years of field experience and his excellent client relations allow him to understand and meet our clients’ needs.

Katharyn has served many roles at Allstate giving her the unique ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the front office as well as assist with project management. Katharyn oversees office staff, implements procedures, and maintains administrative systems while working with the management team.
